the teaching is in english and german.
this workshop is about discovering the limitless potential of our body and voice. it also helps us to discover the creative and healing power of our own voice.
the training offers tools and pathways to connect with our own resources and to explore the variety of sounds in movement and stillness as we travel through the different spaces inside the body.
we will also be working outside in the nature. we will do “sound-hikes” during which we concentrate on the listening of the environment.
the work consists of
- breathing exercises
- warm-up and relaxation of the body
- hand-on bodywork
- authentic movement practice
- chakra tuning with own voice
- improvisation
- sounding, singing and listening
my teaching is based on long experience as a performer and as an explorer of the body and is strongly influenced by the roy hart theatre work. my work is also influenced by contemporary dance, meridians, butoh, authentic movement practice and different levels of consciousness.
